Our last day of community project week has concluded with some amazing final results and new skills and knowledge mastered by staff and students alike. The recipes used for our Global Food Project will be published soon.
Students taking part in the Planter Project voted on which local charity they wanted the proceeds to go to. The charity Freddie’s Friends which supports sick and disabled children. It looks like all that hard work paid off with an estimated £450 being made.
A huge thanks to those year 10 students who have been on work experience in our building this week and have helped out the younger students in their project areas. Well done Lee, Callum, Nathan and Chris! Also to Kayleigh who left after her exams but used her spare time to come in and help others too.
This day’s activities saw more photos taken than any other community project day. Sit back and enjoy!
